The co-managers are responsible for the day to day operations of the shop. This includes interviewing, hiring, and training; scheduling; developing skills and techniques of the crew; some back-office work at the beginning and the end of the day; and most importantly, they are responsible for building the culture and values of the shop by leading from the front. Co-managers should work with one another as well as with the crew to foster a positive environment for each other and for the clients. Outside of those duties, the co-managers will also take clients while they are working.
